Cancellation Policy

We understand that life changes — and sometimes, so do your milk and farm-fresh needs! Below are the terms for cancelling your account or subscription with Bushview Farm.
1. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account with us at any time through your online account portal or by contacting us directly. 
- 
We kindly ask for at least 2 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged or sent an unwanted order. 
- 
Any remaining store credit on your account will remain available for future use, or we can refund it upon request (see our Refund Policy). 
2. Subscription or Recurring Order Cancellation
- 
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. 
- 
To avoid charges or deliveries, changes must be made before the weekly order cutoff time 
- 
Missed cutoff times may result in one final delivery and charge. 
3. Reactivating Your Account
- 
Need a break, but planning to return? No problem! You can pause your deliveries instead of cancelling. 
- 
If you change your mind after cancelling, just reach out — we’ll be happy to help you reactivate your account when you’re ready.
