We understand that life changes — and sometimes, so do your milk and farm-fresh needs! Below are the terms for cancelling your account or subscription with Bushview Farm.


1. Account Cancellation

  • You may cancel your account with us at any time through your online account portal  or by contacting us directly.

  • We kindly ask for at least 2 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged or sent an unwanted order.

  • Any remaining store credit on your account will remain available for future use, or we can refund it upon request (see our Refund Policy).


2. Subscription or Recurring Order Cancellation

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

  • To avoid charges or deliveries, changes must be made before the weekly order cutoff time 

  • Missed cutoff times may result in one final delivery and charge.


3. Reactivating Your Account

  • Need a break, but planning to return? No problem! You can pause your deliveries instead of cancelling.

  • If you change your mind after cancelling, just reach out — we’ll be happy to help you reactivate your account when you’re ready.
