At Bushview Farm, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Because many of our items are perishable, please take a moment to review our refund policy carefully.


1. Perishable Products (e.g., Raw Milk, Eggs, etc.)

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for perishable goods unless:

  • The item was damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • There is a verified quality or safety concern upon delivery.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with a photo and a brief description of the problem. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to make it right.


2. Non-Perishable Products (e.g., Soap, Merchandise, etc.)

We accept returns or exchanges for non-perishable items within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


3. Bottle Deposits

Glass bottle deposits are refundable when bottles are returned clean, undamaged, and ours.  Bottles must be returned at the time of your next delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to refuse deposit refunds if bottles are not returned in acceptable condition.


4. Refund Processing

    • If there's ever a problem with your order, we're here to help.

    • Refunds are usually issued as store credit to your account within our Delivery Biz Pro (DBP) system. This credit will be automatically applied to your future orders.

    • If you'd prefer a refund back to your original payment method instead, just let us know — we’re happy to help.

    • Store credits are typically processed within 3 business days, and payment refunds take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

    Your satisfaction means a lot to us — please don’t hesitate to reach out if something’s not right.


5. No-Show Deliveries

If you are not present or have not left a cooler or designated drop-off spot for your delivery (if required), we may not be able to leave your order. Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.
